SEGRO Lets Unit 6, Fairways Industrial Estate, Greenford

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has let Unit 6, Fairways Industrial Estate in Greenford Middlesex to A40 Packaging Ltd.

The 5,516 sq ft (512 sq m) industrial warehouse has been on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £49,644 pa (£9 per sq ft/£97 per sq m).

Ian Turner of SEGRO comments: “Our estate at Fairways Drive, Greenford continues to be a popular location for businesses to relocate to and our portfolio of properties on the A40 continues to perform well.”

Existing tenants at the 269,100 sq ft (25,000 sq m) industrial estate include AMT Coffee Ltd and BPP Holdings PLC. There are two units remaining, extending to 17,578 sq ft (1,632 sq m).
