New Letting At Steyning Way, Hounslow

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has let unit U580 at Steyning Way, Hounslow, Middlesex TW4 6DL to Charles William Price.

The 24,112 sq ft (2,240 sq m) unit has been taken on a new five-year lease at an average rent of £137,656 pa (£5.70 per sq ft / £61.45 per sq m). The space will be used for servicing, MOT and repairing vehicles.

Ian Turner of SEGRO comments: “This existing customer whish will be relocating within our Heathrow portfolio. The shorter lease reflects the temporary nature as the tenant may move to a larger unit in Phase 2 of Pulborough Way, Hounslow once complete.”
