SEGRO Appoints Colliers CRE as Retained Agent For Its LHR Portfolio

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of Flexible Business Space, has appointed Colliers CRE as retained agent to market its £500 million LHR (London Heathrow) portfolio.

SEGRO’s LHR portfolio totals over 3 million sq ft (278,700 sq m) of business space located around the key West London markets. Colliers CRE will bolster the existing LHR retained agency team, comprising DTZ and De Souza.

SEGRO has been a key participant in the West London property market since the early 1950s when the company acquired the 20 acre (8 hectare) Ordnance Depot in Greenford. Since this time, SEGRO has continued to invest in the region, primarily through the regeneration of older commercial areas via an on-going programme of new development, to provide modern flexible business space.

The portfolio, which comprises 25 estates in 15 locations across Hayes, West Drayton, Isleworth, Feltham, Poyle, Hounslow, Colnbrook and Heston is being constantly upgraded and expanded though acquisitions and new development, delivering a range of high quality accommodation. With a mixture of existing and new accommodation, ranging from 1,500 to 100,000 sq ft, SEGRO can accommodate the needs of a wide range of new and exiting customers.

Colliers CRE is also very well established in West London, particularly following its purchase of niche West London agency Jansons in 2006.
