Letting at Segro’s Poyle Industrial Estate

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has let Unit 11, Willow Road, Poyle to Design Build International Ltd.

The building material and fixtures company has taken the 8,912 sq ft (828 sq m) unit on a new five year lease at an average rent of £49,080 pa, £5.50 per sq ft (£59.27 per sq m) in order to benefit from the Poyle Industrial Estate’s proximity to the new T5, that is due to open later this month DE Souza and Edwin Hill advised SEGRO. The tenant was unrepresented.
