Deugo Comes to SEGRO’S Vector Park

SEGRO, Europe’s leading provider of flexible business space, has let Unit 5 at Vector Park, its new industrial/warehouse scheme on Forest Road in Feltham, Middlesex to Deugro Ltd.

The international freight forwarding company has taken the 8,143 sq ft (765 sq m) unit, comprising a 5,166 sq ft (480 sq m) warehouse with 2,976 sq ft (276 sq m) of office space, on a new 10-year lease with a five-year break at an average rent of £11.15 per sq ft (£120 per sq m).

Vector Park comprises 17 production/distribution totalling 115,700 sq ft (10,748 sq m). The remaining units range in size from 2,531 sq ft (235 sq m) to 16,796 sq ft (1,560 sq m) and can be combined to create up to 55,564 sq ft (5,162 sq m).

Ian Turner of SEGRO comments: “The scheme provides high quality accommodation, situated between Heathrow and the M3 motorway where we are able to offer new units on flexible leases, on a more competitive basis than elsewhere in Heathrow.

“We have seen an encouraging level of demand, having recently let approximately 6,000 sq ft to BSS Group trading as Buck & Hickman for tool-hire, and also have a further 10,000 sq ft under offer.”

Vector Park benefits from good transport links, located between Heathrow Airport and the M3. The site is also within walking distance of Feltham’s recently redeveloped town centre, which offers banking and retail facilities. The nearby Leisure West Complex also offers a range of entertainment and restaurant facilities DTZ and De Souza are joint letting agents for Vector Park. Duegro was unrepresented
