SEGRO have recently let Unit 3 Victory Business Centre in Isleworth to Parker Car Service on the basis of a new 10 year lease. The building comprises a two storey business unit of 3,862 sq ft with 50% office content that has been fully refurbished. DTZ and De Souza advised Segro. Parker Car Service were unrepresented.
