Slough Estates Plc, the UK’s leading provider of flexible business space, has let 1439 Clocktower Road Isleworth, part of its 'thelhr.com' portfolio, to Parkersell Lighting.

The lighting and electrical services company, already an existing customer, has relocated within Slough Estate's UK portfolio. Its new 412 sq m (4,437 sq ft) warehouse/ distribution unit was taken on a 10-year lease at a rent of £43,260 pa - equating to £104.95 per sq m (£9.75 per sq ft). The occupier has a break option at the end of the fifth year.
