Electrical wholesaler KNK Electrical have recently taken a new lease at 177 Bilton Way, Hayes within the Pump Lane Industial Estate. The warehouse comprises 9,795 sq ft with a secure yard and forms part of SEGRO's theLHR.com portfolio. DTZ and De Souza advised Segro. KNK Electrical were unrepresented.
