International Automotive Distributors Ltd have signed a new 10 year lease on Units 7A & 7b, Heston Centre, Heston. IAD Ltd, who trade as Maccess, distribute car care products, parts and accessories.

The property comprises two adjacent warehouse buildings totalling 23,907 sq ft. DTZ and De Souza advised Segro. Robert Austin & Co acted for IAD Ltd.
