SEGRO have recently let Unit 1 Pulborough Way, Hounslow on a new 10 year lease to global gaming and betting solutions company, Global Draw. The property comprises a new warehouse building of 7,536 sq ft. DTZ and De souza advised Segro. Vokins advised Global Draw.
