Slough Estates International, a leading provider of flexible business space, has let 693 Steyning Way part of its ‘thelhr.com’ portfolio, to Swanwick Tyre & Rubber Company.

The tyre company has taken the 469 sq m (5,050 sq ft) warehouse/ distribution unit on a 7-year lease at a starting rent of £41,662.50 pa – equating to £88.80 per sq m (£8.25 per sq ft). The tenant has an option to determine the lease at the end of the fifth year subject to the provision of 6 months prior notice and an exit payment of 4 months rent penalty.
