Slough Estates International, a leading provider of flexible business space, has let Unit 4, Victory Business Centre, Isleworth, part of its ‘thelhr.com’ portfolio, to London Bus Services.

The transport operator has taken the 376 sq m (4,045 sq ft) warehouse/ distribution unit on a 10-year lease at a starting rent of £44,293 pa – equating to £117.87 per sq m (£10.95 per sq ft). The tenant has an option to determine the lease at the end of the third, fifth and seventh years subject to the provision of 6 months prior notice and an exit payment of 3 months rent at the third anniversary.
