SEGRO has been a key participant in the West London property market since the early 1950s when the company acquired the eight hectare Ordnance Depot in Greenford.

Since this time, SEGRO has continued to invest in the region, primarily through the regeneration of older commercial areas via an on-going programme of new development, to provide modern flexible business space.

The historic involvement of SEGRO in West London has enabled long-term relationships with key participants to grow market knowledge and experience SEGRO benefits from being able to quickly adapt its development programme to suit the prevailing market conditions and the changing needs of local businesses.

In the last five years the West London development team has completed a diverse range of flexible business space facilities including car showrooms, light industrial, distribution warehousing, self-storage, offices and units for small business customers.

Development Led

The large ownership of properties in West London provides a continual source of new development and refurbishment opportunities. Over the next four years, the West London development team has the ability to deliver over 20,000 sq m (215,278 sq ft) of new space each year. The construction of this programme will be dependent on supportive market conditions and can be activated in response to specific customer requirements.
