From the drafting of the Agreement for Lease through to the occupation of the building, the Project Team maintains close contact with the occupier. Regular progress reports and meetings ensure that good communications with the occupier are maintained throughout the project. Arrangements for dealing with variations and approvals are agreed in advance to avoid delays during the construction programme.
Joint inspections, full hand-over briefings and the provision of comprehensive operating manuals are part of the completion process and the project team remains in place until the building is occupied and fully operational. In the case of leased buildings, the Company’s Investment Management division will continue close liaison with the occupier when the project has been completed.
